Hello everyone, yes it has been almost a month since I blogged. XD I'm so sorry about the almost-one-month hiatus because I didn't have any major events to blog about. Well, blog posts in January and February is all throwback to last year LOL. So I was more like reminiscing the memories I made in 2016, and honestly, it's so awesome. Anyways, life in the past 3 months was fairly fun and great. I did many fun and awesome things with my friends and it's truly a fun and memorable one. But not long enough for a single blog post to blog about HAHA (i'm so sorry friends) ANYWAYS, okay this is leggit back to the topic, I'm finally going to Universal Studio Singapore (USS in short) because it has been close to 4/5 years since I went there HAHA yesyes. But yay finally lah!!

So we walked from HarbourFront MRT to Sentosa. Well the distance isn't that long if you have friends accompanying you and making the walk more enjoyable and fun. NOT ONLY THAT, there's shelter and escalator to get to your destination faster! ^^

WELCOME TO NEW YORK!!

So the first ride we took was the Human Ride, aka the red track, at the Sci-Fi City. Honestly, I wasn't really ready to sit a rollar coaster after not sitting one for like 5 years? Definitely not prepared, but no choice, still sat. The waiting time for our first ride was merely 5 minutes (or less than that). Honestly, when the rollar coaster was ascending and SPEEDING UP, I kinda regretted sitting the rollar coaster because of the sinking feeling when the rollar coaster just dropped. AND NOT ONLY THAT, the Human Ride has the sinking feeling like 3 times?? So scary, for a person who is afraid of heights T.T I forgot to mention that I was a lost kid, not knowing where I am because the ride was so fast my mind couldn't register what's going on. But I felt great and accomplished for sitting the ride lah. However then err.. bless Nicole's ears because I was screaming A LOT, when I mean a lot, I meant almost throughout the whole ride. THAT'S RIGHT! 😅

Okay so after the Human Ride, my friends (especially TESSA and RACHEL) wanted to try out the Cylon Ride, aka the Grey (used to be blue) track. And also since the waiting time was also merely 5 minutes we didn't wait to get on the ride for long! And to be honest, I prefer the Cylon Ride because the sinking feeling isn't that strong or maybe because I sat the Human Ride first then the feeling already used to it?? XD I have no idea lah.. But the Cylon Ride has lots of turns and after the ride, I was kinda blur of where I am because I was kinda dizzy HAHAHA TYPICAL ME GUYS TYPICAL ME.

We sat the Mummy Ride at the Ancient Egypt and it was then I realised I LOST MY WATCH. MY PRECIOUS WATCH. I remembered that I left it at the Cylon Ride, so we went back there after the Mummy Ride. Well, the waiting time for the Mummy Ride was also about 5 minutes, but from the entrance to board the Mummy Ride is pretty long. But the Mummy Ride was awesome man, there's like sudden backwards, acceleration and dropping. And then it'll stop for a while before dropping again HAHAHA. So we tried to do some pose, and Nicole failed because she resisted HAHAHA. How we knew where the camera was? From Zi Hean, who took the ride over 6 times with the others to get a picture of them dabbing, yeahh.. XD

Okay okay so after the Mummy Ride, I went back to the Cylon Ride to take the ride and also to check if my watch is there. The waiting time increased to 15 minutes and omg 15 minutes felt like an hour because I was so worried my watch went missing. AND THANK GOODNESS IS THERE, I almost cried because I thought I lost it. T.T So this time Zi Hean sat with me, and really bless his ears too because I screamed ALL THE WAY (HAHAHAH SO SORRY ZI HEAN). And now I'm labelled as the SIREN so yeahh. Got my watch and we headed to the Lost World.

WELCOME TO THE JURASSIC PARK!!

So we sat the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure and the waiting time was about 30 minutes because a lot of people wanted to sit this attraction. 

Tip: Bring a poncho because you'll most likely get wet. Or even better, bring extra clothings to change later.

Because you won't know if you'll be wet from the attraction. (:

SO during the ride, the boat turned here and there and eventually when it reaches the lift before it slides and splashes down, it will stop turning. When it reached the lift, Rachel Nicole and I were facing behind and then Zi Hean told us we'll most likely get wet, oh wait no, let me change that. We WILL get wet. So I was embracing the fact that I'll get wet lah. So when the boat slided down, it's as if the water hates me a lot and decided to soak me ENTIRELY WET. Yes, from my hair to my shoes. ((: And then Rachel and Nicole who sat besides me, didn't really got wet. So sua sia me T.T

After the ride... We met Denzel and Tessa who didn't take the ride.

So after that, we headed for lunch. We bought Chicken Rice and Prawn Noodle for $11.50 each. Well, we had $5 food voucher if we purchased over $20 per receipt. As the restaurant is air-conditioned, I took this chance to dry myself, air-dry yo. But yeahh, it's so jurassic-themed XD

And after lunch, we went to watch the WaterWorld Show. Even though it has been 4-5 years since I went back to USS, the storyline is around the same! Really outstanding and cool performance they made. I was really startled when there was like "gun-shots" and then I just jerk towards Nicole. I'm sorry Nic T.T Thankfully we didn't get wet because we were at the green zone (though they said there was a possibility that we'll be wet). If you do not want to be wet, I suggest you don't see the blue or green area, and sit at the back!

After the WaterWorld performance, we went to Far Far Away! We took pictures here heh :3

The first ride we sat was the Enchanted Airways, it was only 5 minutes of waiting time, and it isn't that scary compared to the Human and Cylon Rides (duhh Gerry omg) The ride is just lots of turnings that's all! ^^

After that, we sat the Puss In Boots' Giant Journey. It was my first time sitting it and IT'S SO FUN!! The waiting time was about 15 minutes I guess? It's a new attraction so I guess a lot of people wanted to try it! :DD

Heading to Madagascar

Actually we didn't play any attractions there, so we headed to the New York again!!

When we reached the New York area, I wanted to take the Sesame Street Spaghetti Space Chase and it's really a kid's ride because Tessa was complaining throughout the whole ride (Sorry to put you through this Tessa ;-;) But it's really cute and funny lah, I mean childish ppl like me really liked this kind of ride because it's like so cool?? Okay, it's just me lah heh :3

After that, we walked to Sci-Fi City to take the Transformers (oh yeahh my fav attraction) and also the Accelerator because Nicole wanted to try it. Both attractions had a waiting time of 5 minutes only! It's really really great!!

We walked past a group of dancers dancing!! Very cool very cool.

After sitting the 2 rides, we went to take the Mummy Ride and Cylon Ride once again, Mummy Ride still had a waiting time of 5 minutes only!! This time for the Cylon Ride, I sat with Tessa and surprisingly, I didn't scream that much HAHAHA OOPS SORRY FOR DISAPPOINTING YOU TESSA HEH.

Okay, after that we walked towards Madagascar and then took a picture of the view of the Battlestar Galactica rollar coasters!! ^^ Then Tessa Rachel Nicole went to take the King Julien's Beach Party-Go-Round (it's a carousel HAHAHAHA) while the rest of us just enjoyed the breath-taking view of USS!!

After that I queued up to take pictures with the minions, and just nice, the three of them finished their ride. So yay ^o^

Exploring the Minion Mart

It was time to go home...... ): I decided to take picture of this particular store because hey, I'm wearing the Sesame Street Shirt yo, that I bought 4-5 years ago. YES I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING, YES I DIDN'T GROW MUCH, but I'm really surprised that I was still able to fit into that shirt XD

And then they start getting into the picture HAHAHA. YOU GUYS ARE TOO FUNNY 😭

And then Nicole and I decided to take pictures in the middle of the road. WHY NOT RIGHT?

After spending the whole day in USS, Tessa Nicole and I went to Katong to eat the katong Laksa. And omg it tastes so good!! The small portion cost $5.35, inclusive of GST, but it's really filling!!

I very ambitious and put the whole packet of chilli sauce into the laksa. Well, my lips were burning HAHAHAH. Tessa and Nicole were like tearing up because it's so spicy XD

Okay, so that comes to the end of a short (is it short? I have no idea XD) blog post. I really enjoyed the company of my 5 other friends, who kinda "forced" me to take the most exhilarating rollar coasters first and honestly, at first I kinda of regretted it but then, it was worth it because deep inside you feel really great!! Taking the Cylon Rides a lot of times has definitely warmed me up to take other rollar coasters, because you're kinda used to the sinking feeling (that your heart is just so used to it, and it doesn't feel anything anymore? XD) But yeah, it was a fun and great and awesome day because the weather is so good and it didn't rain and I'm so happy. Oh my, my English getting from horrible to terrible to vegetable (i meant from bad to worse XD)

Anyways, update of my life : I'm heading to Korea soon and I'm like so so so excited and anticipating to go that country!! Can't wait to see the nature beauty of Korea!! But then it breaks my heart because my parents had to pay $300 more for each person for booking that slot, heart pain sia. Well, I only can go Korea during that slot because if I go on other days 1. Can't see the flower blossom 2. I have tuition and compulsory orientation camp to attend to. But currently, I'm working very hard to earn back the money and ya, working hard in my academics to get scholarships!! Truly my drive to study.

Fun fact : I had work just now (yes, it's a Sunday) and then I'm here blogging even though I have work the next morning and I have to wake up super duper early because my workplace is all the way at HarbourFront there. Yes yes HAHAHA. I hope you guys enjoyed this short mini update of my trip to USS hehe. See you in my blog posts of Korea!!
