GEYLANG SERAI HARI RAYA BAZAAR

Hello guys, so I know I had just updated a blog post a week ago, but hey, why not post another new blog post since it's the holidays right? Oh and before school starts again and it'll be super duper hectic that I may not have the time to blog 😂😭 Anyways, this blog post is dedicated to my seniors who have been my pillars of support since the day I met them hehehehe, love you guys a lot💓

As in you can see from the title of this blog post, it's the annual Geylang Serai Hari Raya Bazaar! Well, it was my first time going to such events and I must say, the atmosphere there is so hyped up and the food looked so good 🤤. Well, there was a variety of food there and sadly, I wasn't able to try out all because I was quite full after a few rounds 😂

The afternoon sky on that daaaay!! ⛅

I met up with Yu Hong first to visit the Geylang Serai!! 😋

On the way to there!! 😝

First stop : Churros 

We decided to order all the 3 flavours in one cup!

The flavours consist of the original, pandan and.... oreo(?) 🤗

  

Second stop : Ice Cream Rolls

Well, it was my first time trying out this and I was really excited to try it out!! 😋

If I'm not wrong, we ordered oreo and coffee as our mixers, chocolate sauce and mini mashmallows.

My first experience of trying ice cream rolls was great and I won't mind eating that again if I have the chance to! 😆

  

Third stop : Poppin' Soda

These are the colourful drinks that have different types of flavours in the different drinks.

Since it was 2 for $10, we decided to order 2 drinks, Rose Blossom and Wanderlust✨

I must say, the colours are soooo beautiful 😍

After (kinda) mixing the drink😂

 

So after that we decided to explore around. 🏃

Well, I finally got to see this banner that my friends have been snapchatting me. 😂

Last stop : Rainbow Burger

Well, the queue for this was very long and it was only for taking our orders. 😅

So we needed to wait for about 30 minutes before our order arrives.

YAY YAY!! 🙌

After that we met Kenneth and Ming Lun for dinner!! Well, we were quite full after eating so much food so count us out for dinner 😂🌚

NATIONAL GALLERY ADVENTURE

Hello guys, so it has been a month or so since I last blogged. Well, school has been pretty busy with projects and presentations to prepare, and I was busy studying for my common test which was a week ago. 😂 Thankfully, it's the 2-week break when I can recharge myself before the start of a hectic week, when there are submissions of projects and having formal presentations. 😭

So Nicole's birthday is around the corner and we decided to meetup again since it has been quite a while since we last saw each other. And hoho just nice, it was during the 2 week break!! It was supposed to be a Nepigtianghostanus Meetup but Rachel was in overseas 😢

Yeah, so we decided to go to the National Gallery Museum, where we can view the Yayoi Kusama : Life is the Heart of a Rainbow exhibition and to be honest, it was really an eye-opening and amazing exhibition I've visited there. So we've gotten our tickets! 😄

So before we entered into the exhibitions, we took some pictures near the staircase because guess what, IT'S NICOLE'S BIRTHDAY ON THE DAY ITSELF.

As the escalator brings Tessa further away from Nic......

I know i'm very late (yes gerry, VERY late) but happy belated birthday and i hope that you had a great time with us spending your 17th birthday with us yay yay. I really hoped you enjoyed spending your birthday with us Nepigtianghostanus when we "surprised" you with a small birthday cake at your doorstep. (okay it ain't really a surprise since Tessa kena exposed what we were trying to do😂)

Anyways, thank you for everything you've done for me for the past 4 years. Thank you for tolerating my nonsense and for being such a good listening ear to me. 😭💓 I know that we've gone our separate ways where we went to different schools, but that doesn't stop us from meeting up with each other since we live super near each other right? 😊 All the best for your upcoming finals and of course, your other tests, exams and presentations. I'm sure your diligence and hardworkingness will serve you well. Hwating Nic 💖
